Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Loma Linda is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure guest comfort and safety through routine maintenance, timely repairs, and preventive upkeep.

You will work on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry tasks, respond to work orders, coordinate with housekeeping, and keep clear maintenance logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous maintenance or engineering experience in a hotel is preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and physical environments.

Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventive upkeep throughout the hotel. This position ensures that all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are safe, functional, and in excellent condition consistent with the Hotels’ standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Maintenance & Repairs
