Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Loma Linda is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the cleaning team and ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards. You will motivate staff, coach performance, and coordinate with front desk and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2+ years of housekeeping experience with supervisory duties, and knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and inventory control. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve departmental goals.

• Ensure all guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are cleaned to standard.
• Address guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate closely with front desk and maintenance teams for room readiness and repairs.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $18.00 Hourly

Holiday Inn Express Loma Linda is hiring a P/T Housekeeping Supervisor which ensures every room reflects the quality and care the Hotels. You lead your crew to Soar to Success by maintaining our Wings of Excellence in every guest space.

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that rooms and public areas meet the Hotels’ standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation. This leadership role is key to motivating the housekeeping team and ensuring consistent performance across shifts.

***This is a Part-Time position but additional hours may be available in other positions.

Key Responsibilities Include:
