Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech at Hebron 121 Station in Lewisville, TX to help maintain the property's physical integrity and ensure a safe, comfortable living environment for residents. You’ll handle work orders in priority order, complete make-readies, and perform preventative maintenance while keeping a clean, well-organized shop.

You’ll also provide weekly parts lists and assist with emergency calls, collaborating with residents, staff, and vendors to deliver

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner.
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.

Overview

Hebron 121 Station is looking for a Maintenance Tech who will use theirexperience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.
