Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech to preserve the physical integrity of our property in Newnan, GA. The role relies on maintenance experience and attention to detail to ensure safe, well-kept communities for residents.

Compensation is $27 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package. RAM Partners emphasizes service, diversity, and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.
