Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician for Orion McKinney to maintain the physical integrity of the property. The role requires attention to detail, timely work order completion, and proactive maintenance across grounds and common areas.

The ideal candidate will hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus) and possess EPA HVAC certification or willingness to obtain it. Strong communication and basic MS Office skills are required; weekend availability may be

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule including weekends.
• Basic Computer knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make-readies.
• Maintains property grounds and common areas.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Keeps shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Prepares weekly parts and material lists.
• Assists in coverage of emergency calls with team members.
• Demonstrates professional customer service to residents, staff and vendors.
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Compensation $19 to $22 per hour + $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment

Overview

Orion McKinney is looking for a maintenance tech who will use their experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority

• Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas

• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver's license is required
• EPA HVAC certification highlypreferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
