Job summary

Nxt Property Management in Lehi, Utah is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support Lehi Tech Apartments. You will help ensure residents have a safe, well-maintained place to call home, with duties including completing work orders and preparing units for new move-ins.

This full-time role offers pay of $28–$30 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for growth. A positive attitude, strong customer service, and teamwork are essential as you maintain building systems and collaborate
