Job summary

Nxt Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Lehi Tech Apartments in Utah. You will lead a hands-on maintenance team to keep buildings and amenities in excellent condition, ensuring a safe, clean, and high-quality living environment for residents.

Lead daily operations, perform property walks, manage repairs, and coordinate with technicians while upholding safety standards and delivering reliable service. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of property maintenance experience.
• 6+ months of supervisory or lead experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing repair, electrical troubleshooting, appliance repair, wall/drywall repair, and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Complete and oversee repairs for buildings, amenities, and common areas.
