Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Apartment or property maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests in occupied apartment homes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Maintain community grounds and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
