The role involves maintaining records, using hand and power tools such as a forklift, and collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor. A High School Diploma/GED is required; Electrical or Vocational Certification is preferred;

Qualifikationen

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling.
• Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/ power installations, and lighting repair.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas.
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment.
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
