Reyes Holdings in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on Dematic conveyor systems and related building installations.

You will use hand and power tools, operate a forklift, and maintain detailed records. A high school diploma is required; electrical certification preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and paid training.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required, 0-2 years maintenance experience.
• Electrical certification or vocational training preferred.
• Experience with Dematic conveyors is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Handle building installations and maintenance, including lighting and data/power.
• Paint and refurbish interior/exterior areas.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records.

This position will include trouble shooting and preventative maintenance on Dematic conveyor systems

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling
• Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/ power installations, and lighting repair
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
