Job summary

The Arbor Company in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help ready empty apartments for new residents, perform small repairs, and assist the Maintenance Director on a variety of projects.

You will use your handyman skills, keep tools and supplies organized, and contribute to a friendly, respectful team that values growth and stability. The position offers growth opportunities and a benefits package including health, vision, dental, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
