Are you a hands-on maintenance professional experienced in keeping production lines running? Bring your expertise from manufacturing to Dempsey's state-of-the-art industrial laundry facility, where you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain cutting-edge equipment to keep operations flowing.

What You'll Do:

1. Maintain and optimize production equipment: boilers, conveyors, washers, air compressors, and more
2. Use your diagnostic skills to troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
3. Lead critical repairs and develop preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
4. Mentor junior techs and support multi-location troubleshooting projects
5. Act as back-up for the Maintenance Manager and take charge of key initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance with experience in facilities like glass, steel, or textile production
• Advanced knowledge of PLC systems, VFDs, motors, and electrical controls
• Skilled in reading blueprints and schematics for electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Expertise in working with large industrial systems like boilers and compressors
• Proven leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to teamwork
