Are you a hands-on maintenance professional experienced in keeping production lines running? Bring your expertise from manufacturing to Dempsey's state-of-the-art industrial laundry facility, where you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain cutting-edge equipment to keep operations flowing.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and optimize production equipment: boilers, conveyors, washers, air compressors, and more.
• Use your diagnostic skills to troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Lead critical repairs and develop preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Mentor junior techs and support multi-location troubleshooting projects.
• Act as back-up for the Maintenance Manager and take charge of key initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance with experience in facilities like glass, steel, or textile production.
• Advanced knowledge of PLC systems, VFDs, motors, and electrical controls.
• Skilled in reading blueprints and schematics for electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Expertise in working with large industrial systems like boilers and compressors.
• Proven leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
