Job summary

Maryland Management Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for one of our apartment communities. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise staff, and ensure work meets company standards.

Candidates should have prior apartment maintenance and supervisory experience, HVAC/EPA certification, and reliable tools. You will participate in on-call rotations, coordinate vendors, and help maintain safety and quality across the property.

Qualifications

• HVAC/EPA certification required.
• Reliable transportation and personal hand tools required.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies as part of on-call rotation.

Responsibilities
