Qualifications

• Hands-on apartment maintenance or related repair experience.
• Proficiency troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Ability to follow through on assigned tasks without reminders.
• Clear, respectful communication with residents and teammates.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and after-hours work.
• Physical ability to perform duties, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

RISE Bartram Park is looking for a Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in a job done right, and knows that good service goes beyond the repair.

From troubleshooting an appliance to getting an apartment move-in ready, you’ll help keep our community running—and make a difference residents can see.

What You’ll Do

• Get hands-on. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues.
• Keep service requests moving. Complete work orders, document repairs, and communicate anything that needs follow-up.
• Get homes ready. Help complete apartment turns so new residents can move into a home that’s ready for them.
• Stay ahead of problems. Assist with preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment upkeep.
• Keep the community looking sharp. Help maintain buildings, grounds, and amenity spaces.
• Work safely. Use tools and equipment properly, keep supplies organized, and report safety concerns.
• Share the responsibility. Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
