RISE Bartram Park in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in a job well done. You’ll troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance to keep residents comfortable and the community running smoothly.

Join a hands-on team where you’ll complete work orders, prepare apartments for new residents, participate in on-call rotations, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on apartment maintenance or related repair experience.
• Proficiency troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Ability to follow through on assigned tasks without reminders.
• Clear, respectful communication with residents and teammates.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and after-hours work.
• Physical ability to perform duties, with or without accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues.
• Complete work orders, document repairs, and communicate follow-up needs.
• Help prepare apartments for new residents to move in.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenity spaces in good condition.
• Use tools safely and keep supplies organized; report safety concerns.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
