Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech to help maintain multi-family properties in Jacksonville, FL. This on-site role focuses on preventive maintenance, work orders, and keeping grounds and common areas in top condition.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and may hold EPA HVAC and CPO certifications. Strong communication, computer skills, and willingness to work weekends are valued. RAM Partners offers competitive pay and a housing discount.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer knowledge including Word and Excel.
• Must multitask and meet deadlines; weekend availability may be required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders promptly based on priority.
• Performs preventive maintenance and make-readies.
• Maintains property grounds and common areas.
• Prepares weekly parts and materials lists.
• Assists in emergency coverage with team members.
• Upholds safety policies and customer service standards.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Tech with experience to help maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Completes make readies
• Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
