Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech to help maintain the physical integrity of our properties across a large portfolio. You will perform preventative maintenance, complete work orders, and assist in making readies while upholding safety standards and resident service excellence.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, HVAC/CPO certifications preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies for residents and new move-ins.
• Maintains property grounds and common areas.
• Performs preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintains a clean and organized shop and work areas.
• Provides parts and material lists weekly.
• Assists in coverage of emergency calls with team members.
• Demonstrates professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

We are looking for a Maintenance Tech with experience to help maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Completes make readies
• Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• EPA HVAC and CPO certified preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
