Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Founders Landing to maintain the physical integrity of the property. The role involves completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and handling make-ready tasks on an on-site basis.

The ideal candidate has maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. RAM offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401k with employer match, life insurance, and on-call bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance required.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make-ready tasks.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.

Overview

Founders Landing is looking for a Maintenance Technician who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.
