Southwood Realty Company in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the property's buildings and grounds and perform preventative maintenance to keep the property in good condition. You will complete service requests within 24 hours, inspect systems, and support an improvement plan while ensuring OSHA compliance and high customer service standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to perform standing and walking for inspection and repairs; frequently lift/move up to 75 lbs.
• Must be customer service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Complete all service and maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Follow up on service requests to assure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed at all times.
• Participate in implementing an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan.
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days.
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in 'ready' condition at all times.
• Maintain vacant units daily.

Job Summary

Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. Complete onsite maintenance and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical condition of the property.
