Job summary

Southwood Realty Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Ballantyne Commons in Hendersonville, NC. The role ensures efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, performing onsite maintenance and preventative tasks to keep the property in good condition.

Responsibilities include completing service requests within 24 hours, following up for customer satisfaction, enforcing OSHA and safety policies, and contributing to a maintenance and improvement plan to keep

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Constant need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting and repairing the property. Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
• Must be customer service oriented.

• Follow up on service requests to assure customer satisfaction
• Ensures OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times
• Participate in implementation of an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in "ready" condition at all times
• Maintain vacant units daily
