Southwood Realty Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain efficient operation of property buildings and grounds at Groves Fletcher Town Center, Fletcher, NC. You will perform onsite maintenance and preventative tasks to preserve the property's physical condition.

Responsibilities include completing requests within 24 hours, following up for customer satisfaction, adhering to OSHA and safety policies, and contributing to the ongoing maintenance plan.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to stand/walk frequently and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Customer service oriented.

• Insures OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times.
• Participate in implementation of an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan.
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days.
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in “ready” condition at all times.
• Maintain vacant units daily.

Job Summary

Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. Complete onsite maintenance and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical condition of the property.
