Southwood Realty Company is seeking a Maintenance Tech with cert to manage maintenance and upkeep at Reserve Jacksonville Commons, Jacksonville, NC. You will perform on-site tasks, respond to requests within 24 hours, and help implement an ongoing improvement plan for property conditions.

The role requires standing/walking, lifting up to 75 lbs, strong customer service, and HVAC/EPA certification. Join a team focused on safety and reliable unit turns.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Constant need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting and repairing the property. Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must also have HVAC and EPA certification.

Responsabilidades

• Complete all service and maintenance requests within 24-hours
• Follow up on service requests to assure customer satisfaction
• Insures OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times
• Participate in implementation of an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in “ready” condition at all times
• Maintain vacant units daily

Job Summary:

Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. Complete onsite maintenance and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical condition of the property.
