Job summary

Southwood Realty Company is seeking a Maintenance Tech to maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds at Avalon Wilmington in Wilmington, NC. You will perform onsite maintenance and preventative tasks to keep the property in good condition.

Responsibilities include completing all service requests within 24 hours, following up to ensure customer satisfaction, ensuring OSHA standards and safety policies, participating in ongoing maintenance plans, and turning over

Qualifications

• Standing/walking activities to inspect and repair property; capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Must be customer service oriented.

• Insures OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times
• Participate in implementation of an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in "ready" condition at all times
• Maintain vacant units daily

Job Summary
