We are seeking friendly, self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes to join our growing team. Currently, we are hiring a Maintenance Technician for Desert Winds Apartments in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves performing general maintenance and repairs, with specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, as well as supporting the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification with 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment safely.
• Availability for emergency calls 24/7.
• Background screening and drug test required.

Work Schedule and Benefits
