Job summary

• Work with PLC systems, ladder logic, and industrial electrical systems.
• Support facility maintenance needs including HVAC, plumbing, and welding repairs.

Industrial Maintenance Technician - | $22+Based on Experience

Penmac Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full-time, opportunity with a local manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on maintenance technician role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, repairing machines, and keeping production running smoothly.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay $22+ per hour, based on experience
• Initial training on day shift (7:00am-3:00pm), then transition to the assigned shift

Requirements for the Industrial Maintenance Technician

• Previous industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Working knowledge of 3-phase industrial wiring
• Must provide own tools
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen

Preferred but not required:

• PLC troubleshooting or programming experience
• Allen Bradley drive experience (including 1395 drives)
• Welding or fabrication experience
• 2-year engineering technology degree or equivalent hands-on experience
