Job summary

Industrial Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire
Location: Heber Springs, AR
Pay:$17.00 plus per hour based on experience

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining machinery, minimizing downtime, and supporting a safe manufacturing environment.

Requirements for the Industrial Maintenance Technician

• Previous industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures and safety guidelines
• Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
