Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician for The Cove in Ingleside, Texas. The technician will maintain the physical integrity of the property and ensure timely completion of work orders.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and preference will be given to those with an EPA HVAC certification. Responsibilities also include maintaining grounds and providing excellent customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Maintains Property Grounds and common areas.
• Performs Preventative Maintenance.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

EPA HVAC certification

$18 to $19 per hour

Overview

The Cove is looking for a maintenance technician who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Completes make‑readies
• Maintains Property Grounds and common areas
• Performs Preventative Maintenance
• Maintains a clean and well‑organized shop and other work areas
• Provides a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
• Assists in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• EPA HVAC certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Willing to live on site
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
