Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is looking for a Maintenance Technician in Loganville, Georgia, who will ensure the physical integrity of our property. Responsibilities include timely completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, and maintaining property grounds. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and a valid U.S. Driver’s license. Competitive compensation ranges from $21 to $25 per hour and benefits include paid time off, healthcare, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, college degree is a plus.
• A valid U.S. Driver’s license is required.
• EPA HVAC certification is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrate customer service skills.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will use their experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Completes make readies
• Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• A valid U.S. Driver’s license is required
• EPA HVAC certified preferred
