Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of our apartment properties. The role leverages hands-on maintenance experience and attention to detail to ensure high-quality property upkeep.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $500 after 90 days plus 15 days of PTO, holidays, and comprehensive health benefits. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to work orders, and assist in emergencies while maintaining a clean shop and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license is required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule and on call rotating nights and weekends
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Completes make readies
• Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

$19 to $21 per hour +$500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment
