Job summary

Maloney Properties LLC in Woonsocket, RI, seeks a Maintenance Technician to join a multi-site portfolio with 352 units across Woonsocket, North Smithfield, and Pascoag. This full-time role runs 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.

Responsibilities include preparing vacant units for turnover, completing resident work orders, annual unit inspections, daily site walk-throughs, and upkeep of common areas, snow removal, and groundskeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools safely.
• Reliable with good time-management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
