Job summary

Maloney Properties LLC in Lowell, MA is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support a large portfolio of residential properties. You will perform repairs across painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, plus upkeep of grounds and turnover readiness.

This full-time role runs 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation. Join a team focused on quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Performing building repairs such as painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Performing preventative maintenance and preparing open apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Keeping up the appeal and cleanliness of the buildings, including groundskeeping and snow removal.
• Updating the Yardi work order system and keeping your managers informed about work that is in process or needs to be done.
