Maloney Properties in Quincy, MA is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our Fenno House Independent & Assisted Living team. This full-time role reports to the Maintenance Superintendent and supports other residential sites in the area.

You will perform in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and prepare apartments for new resident occupancy, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Quincy, MA. This is a full-time opportunity at Fenno House Independent & Assisted Living. You will report to other residential sites in Quincy 1-2 days per week and sites in Holbrook or Boston occasionally. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:

• Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
• Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.

The work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.
