Job summary

Maloney Properties LLC in Quincy, MA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Fenno House Independent & Assisted Living. This full-time role reports to multiple residential sites 1–2 days weekly, with occasional travel to Holbrook or Boston.

You will perform in-unit repairs, complete work orders, supervise contractors, and maintain exterior and common areas. The position runs 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with on-call duties rotated among the team.

Responsibilities

• Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy.
• Completing work orders including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed.
• Performing groundskeeping and maintenance of exterior and common areas.
• Updating the Yardi mobile app and communicating with the Maintenance Superintendent, Facilities Manager, and Property Manager about status of ongoing projects.

Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Quincy, MA. This is a full-time opportunity at Fenno House Independent & Assisted Living. You will report to other residential sites in Quincy 1-2 days per week and sites in Holbrook or Boston occasionally. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include:
