Morgan Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Horsham, PA property. You will troubleshoot and repair residential units, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to resident needs with professional service.

A valid driver's license and a vehicle are required, with on-call shifts and emergency readiness included in the schedule. Weekly hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call rotation and occasional after-hours work.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Hours & Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Paid rotating on-call participation required

What We’ll Expect From You

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
