Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking Maintenance Technicians to maintain multi-family homes in Allentown, PA. You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, perform carpentry, and handle general repairs while providing excellent resident service.

Strong communication and reliable work ethic are essential, with a valid driver’s license. EPA/CFC certification preferred. Compensation ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, plus benefits and growth opportunities within a large national company.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas according to standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.

As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will:

• Be responsible fortrouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Hours & Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Paid rotating on-call participation required
• Must be available and prepared for emergency events
