Kelly Services is seeking a Maintenance Worker in Hollandale, MS to troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and complete corrective tasks during the night shift. You’ll maintain records and operate safely per HES policies, with tools like SAP, Genie and Scissor lifts.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Able to work night shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to learn to use Genie and Scissor lifts.
• Must wear PPE (safety glasses, steel toe boots, hi-vis vest).
• Detail-oriented and able to produce accurate reports.

Shift:3:00 PM - 12:30 AM

What’s a typical day as Maintenance Worker? You’ll be:

• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure optimal operation

• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks as scheduled

• Executing preventive maintenance (PM) plans according to SAP information

• Completing corrective maintenance jobs during the shift

• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and submitting activity reports to your supervisor

• Complying with HES policies and ensuring all work is performed safely

• Conducting patrols, identifying abnormal findings, and reporting issues

• Using and maintaining all tools in proper condition
