Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial in Hollandale, MS seeks a hands-on maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain manufacturing equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, run SAP work orders, and ensure safe, reliable operation of critical equipment.

The position is temporary with strong potential for extension and eventual permanent placement. Requires 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance or industrial experience.
• Mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using Genie and Scissor Lifts when required.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Execute maintenance schedules and work orders through SAP.
• Complete corrective maintenance repairs during assigned shifts.
• Conduct equipment inspections and identify issues before they become problems.
• Document maintenance activities and prepare reports.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $ 26.72/hour

• Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Location: Onsite

• Assignment Type: Temporary with strong potential for extension and permanent placement

What You'll Do

Pay Details: $26.72 per hour
