Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to hire level II and III Maintenance Technicians in Litchfield Park, AZ. The role focuses on keeping MHE, automation systems, and facilities running in a 24/7 environment, with a competitive hourly pay of 29–35 and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, and CMMS work-order management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, material handling systems, or facility maintenance.
• Trade school or related education may be combined with experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to use a CMMS system.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.

Schedule(s):

Days - Sun-Tues 5AM-5PM and Wed 5AM-11AM | Days - Wed 11A-5P and Thur-Sat 5A-5P

Nights - Sun-Tues 5P-5A and Wed 5P-11P | Nights - Wed 11P-5A and Thur-Sat 5P-5A

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help keep vital material handling equipment (MHE), automation systems, facilities infrastructure, and production support systems operating safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Pay Details: $29.00 to $35.00 per hour
