Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment and building systems running safely and reliably.

This role focuses on preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and hands-on troubleshooting to minimize downtime. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of maintenance experience, with knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and building trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar maintenance position.
• Basic understanding of electricity fundamentals.
• General knowledge of building trades, with basic understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, and strong interpersonal skills to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Complete designated maintenance and repair work for production equipment and building systems with moderate to high complexity, working independently when assigned.
• Develop, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance tasks across building and machine responsibilities to reduce downtime.
• Perform planned or emergency maintenance on production machinery, diagnosing issues and completing complex repairs.
• Design and fabricate parts as needed for machine repair and tooling construction.
• Use a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to prioritize workload and document work performed.

Pay Range: $22-$32

Shift: 2nd Shift, M-F, 3P-11P

What's the Job?

• Complete designated maintenance and repair work for production equipment and building systems with moderate to high complexity, working independently when assigned.
• Develop, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance tasks across building and machine responsibilities to reduce downtime.
