Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician at Phoenix Glendale Renaissance in Glendale, AZ. The role involves scheduled maintenance, repairing hotel systems, and supporting housekeeping and operations to ensure guest comfort.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance is preferred. The job includes physical duties such as lifting and bending, with HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications considered a plus.

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
