Job summary

Atrium Hospitality seeks a full-time hotel maintenance technician for the Omaha Embassy Suites. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle guest work orders, and repair basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and pool systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of maintenance experience, can lift 25 lbs regularly, and is able to stand for long periods; HVAC or electrical/plumbing certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.

Compensation Range : $19.50 - 23.01
