Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring at Norfolk Sheraton for a full-time hotel maintenance technician. You will perform scheduled preventative maintenance, document work orders, and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure guest comfort and safety.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and prior hotel maintenance experience is preferred. Atrium offers growth opportunities and inclusive benefits.

• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
