Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers in Gilman, IL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, remodeling, and repairs; ensure compliance with building and safety codes; install and maintain appliances and fixtures; report issues promptly and keep the facility clean and secure. This is a full-time position with day hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc).
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintenance experience in residential, hospital, or medical settings preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA standards
• Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years
• Must be 21+ years old (insurance requirement)

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, remodeling, renovations, and repairs.

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Gilman, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep of our facility to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for our patients and staff.
