Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa, managed by Coral Hospitality, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our resort facilities in the North Georgia mountains. The role involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and general repairs across plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work.

• Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Comfortable performing physical work and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
• Completing general repairs including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work
• Assisting with HVAC and mechanical system upkeep
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and reports
• Supporting a safe environment for guests and team members
