Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa, managed by Coral Hospitality, is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for the 2:00pm to 10:00pm shift to help keep our mountain resort operating at its best.

You will perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and assist with HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and electrical work while maintaining records and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically able to perform lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Completing general repairs, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work.
• Assisting with HVAC and mechanical system maintenance.
• Safely operating hand and power tools.
• Responding to maintenance requests from guests and resort departments.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and work logs.
• Supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.

What You'll Do
