Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in the North Georgia mountains seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician for 2:00pm–10:00pm shift to help keep the resort safe, beautiful, and fully operational.

You'll perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and handle plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical tasks, with HVAC support. A hands-on role suited for skilled individuals who value teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
• Completing general repairs, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work
• Assisting with HVAC and mechanical system maintenance

• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and work logs
• Supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members

What You'll Do
