Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Floating Maintenance Tech to troubleshoot and maintain a 200-unit apartment community. The role emphasizes initiative, reliability, and delivering top-notch resident service.

Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with benefits and on-call responsibilities. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call rotations and potential emergency work.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain apartment homes as a Floating Service Technician.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents.
• Live within commuting distance and respond to emergencies as needed.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Hours & Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
