Job summary

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will oversee maintenance for multiple restaurants in and around the Forsyth, GA area. Responsibilities include installing and repairing restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repairs, and door/blind/tile replacements.

Qualified candidates will have basic plumbing, electrical wiring experience, use of hand tools, HVAC repair experience up to 5 tons, and EPA Universal Certification.

Qualifications

• Must have basic plumbing skills.
• Electrical wiring experience (low voltage and 120/208V, single and 3 phase).
• Proficient with small power/hand tools.
• HVAC repair experience for units up to 5 ton.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks as needed.
• Handle roof repairs and replacement of doors, blinds and tiles, etc.

Job description

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience:

1. Basic Plumbing
2. Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
3. Use of small power/hand tools
4. HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
5. EPA Universal Certification
