Job summary

The Arbor Company in Florida is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to help prepare vacant apartments by painting and making small repairs, and to assist the Maintenance Director with a variety of projects.

You’ll keep supplies organized and ready for the next task, apply basic handyman skills, and contribute to a clean, well-maintained living environment for residents. Join a team that values respect, growth, and reliable service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic handyman and painting skills are preferred.
• Ability to organize supplies and assist the maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare empty apartments for new residents by painting and making small repairs.
• Support the Maintenance Director with a variety of projects using handyman skills.
